DCCCII turns over medicines to city

The Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (DCCCII) turned over several boxes of various medicine to the city government during the flag raising ceremony yesterday.

“It was our pleasure to be able to assist the city government in the conduct of the Kadayawan 2017, which in the words of our beloved Mayor Sara Duterte is the most successful Kadayawan festival celebration,” said Captain Ronald Go, DCCCII president.

Go served as the co-chair of the 2017 Kadayawan Executive Committee (Execom).

“As one of our final acts for Kadayawan 2017 Execom, we formally turn over medicines, some of the items we received as sponsorship from Generika Drugs,” he said.

Go said these medicines can be used by the city government in its programs, including donating them to victims and families of the Marawi siege.

“We hope this will be very helpful, not only to the city government but to its beneficiaries,” he said.

Go said they are one with the Filipino people in hoping for the developmentt and further progress of the people of Marawi. CIO
